Data we collect
Account: your email address and password (the password is kept only, encrypted, by Google Firebase Authentication).
Card and profile: name, title, photos, phone, email, address, social links and anything else you add to your card. Shown to anyone who opens your card, according to the privacy settings you choose.
Storefront: your products, their photos and prices, and order requests sent by visitors (the visitor’s name, phone and note). Order requests are shown only to the card owner.
Notifications: your device’s notification token, if you turn notifications on.
Subscription: subscription status and your Paddle customer ID. Your card details never reach us; Paddle processes the payment.
Usage: how many times your card has been viewed.
Why we use it
To provide the Service and manage your account (contract), to bill the subscription (contract and legal obligation), to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest), and to send notifications (your consent).
Who we share it with
Google Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd.): hosting, database, file storage, authentication and notifications. Our database is located in the European Union (eur3).
Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd.): payment, invoicing, tax and refunds for the Storefront subscription. Paddle processes your data under its own privacy policy.
We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Your data is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account deletes your profile, Storefront, products, order requests and notification records. Invoice records that must be kept by law are kept by Paddle.
Cookies
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. The website uses your browser’s local storage to remember your language; the app uses a local cache to keep you signed in and show your data quickly.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. You can edit and delete most of your information yourself in the app; for anything else, write to tetiexpress.ks@gmail.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
